Privacy
isaiah is Isaiah John, one person in London, trading under that name. This page says what the site keeps of yours, why, and how to ask for it back. Anything else: hello@isaiah.clothing.
Tickets
The tickets form takes your name and your email, the name of the person you’re bringing if you give it, and a song for the DJ if you want one. The payment is Stripe’s: your card goes to Stripe and never to us, and your email goes with it for their receipt. We see that it paid, how much, and what Stripe shows us of the card, the name on it and its last four digits, never the number.
That is what sends your tickets and the reminder the day before, and what lets you in on the night: the code on each ticket is scanned once at the door, and the time is noted. Unless you’ve said no, we may write to you once after the night about isaiah. Say no with the box when you buy, with the link in your ticket email, or with the link in that one email itself.
The waitlist and the lost-ticket box take an email and use it for that one thing. While a place is held for you, the ticket server keeps a hash of the address your device connects from, never the address itself, so that one person can’t hold every place; it goes once you’ve paid or the checkout closes. On the night the door phone sees the list: names, codes, and the email each ticket was bought with, so you can be found by either. The copy it keeps for working without signal has names and codes only.
Pre-orders
Trousers are paid for on Stripe’s checkout page: your name, address, email and card go to Stripe. We see the name, the address and the email, to make and send your trousers and to tell you if the ship date moves.
Who helps
Stripe takes the payments. Resend sends the emails. Cloudflare hosts this site and the ticket server, and like any host sees the address your device connects from; it also carries anything sent to hello@isaiah.clothing into a Gmail inbox, so what you write to us is held by Google. All four are American companies, and handle UK data under the rules made for that. Each keeps to its own privacy terms. Nobody else gets anything.
How long
The ticket list stays until after the night, and for a month after it for refunds and questions; then it is deleted. The record of each payment stays with Stripe, and in the accounts, for as long as the law asks for sales records, and a pre-order is that record: your name, address and email with the trousers you bought. Ask sooner and whatever isn’t the record of a sale goes sooner, unless a refund is still open.
Nothing watching
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The easier-reading switch and a chosen size are remembered on your own device, and never sent anywhere.
Your side
Ask to see what we hold, to change it, or to have it deleted: hello@isaiah.clothing. If we don’t put something right, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) is who to tell.
